The Office of Dean (P&D) is meant for planning, construction, execution, maintenance, and up-keeping of the institute. The dedicated technical and non-technical staff under the aegis of the Dean (Planning and Development) is working round the clock for operation and maintenance of institute infrastructure.

Common Works Carried Out by Office of Dean (P&D):
  1.  Planning of new construction
  2.  Execution and monitoring of ongoing works
  3.  Building maintenance: civil and electricity
  4.  Operation and maintenance of lifts, HVAC, VRV, and fire-fighting systems
  5.  Operation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems
  6.  Horticulture and landscaping of the institute
  7.  Housekeeping of the campus
  8.  Sanitation and waste management
  9.  Security of the campus
  10.  Operation and maintenance of institute vehicles
  11.  Commercial space allotment
