Brief Research Profile

The current research work contemplates the development of electro-optically efficient materials for applications for energy and electronics applications. The investigation focus on the semiconducting oxides (known for TCO applications) as the main material with modifications to have enhanced electrical and optical properties for electrode and other applications.
