Dr. Satyanarayana Neeli obtained his B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and M.E. with specialization in Control Systems, from JNTU Hyderabad, and Andhra University Visakhapatnam respectively. He obtained PhD for his thesis in the field of System and Control Engineering in Electrical Engineering, from IIT Delhi, New Delhi. He has been actively involved in teaching and research in the field of System and Control Engineering which is his core research specialization at Masters and PhD level. He taught several courses in system and Control Engineering at UG and PG level, and his current research areas are, Estimation and control of unknown input systems, Nonlinear systems, Stability of time-delay systems, Predictive control, and Applications of control theory in fields of power electronics and power systems. He published articles in various journals and conferences in international and national repute. He was recipient of Early Research Award (ECR) from SERB DST, Govt. of India and successfully executed several funded research projects. He also organized several workshops for the benefit of faculty and students working in the field of system engineering and also delivered expert lectures. He is a member of IEEE and IEEE Control System society and IFAC
