Research Interests

Error Control Codes and MIMO-OFDM, RF and Antenna Systems, Mobile and Wireless Communication Systems, Optical Switching and Materials, Mobile Adhoc and Sensor Network, Device Characterization and MEMS, Cognitive Radio Networks.

Brief Research Profile

I was born and brought up in a village Kanwarpura in a peasant family. I had my initial school education in my native village and later on at I.I.T.Delhi. I had the distinction to represent my teams in various sports at district and state level since my school days, and in inter I.I.T. Sports meets winning colours two times. I secured top academic rank in my school days and a merit in Secondary board examination of Board of Rajasthan, Ajmer. I secured a good rank in GATE exam and completed my M.Tech dissertation work in the area of profiling ion implanted impurities and device characterization and Ph.D work under RESPOND of ISRO Bangalore in communication Engg. 18 Ph.D students have completed their Ph.D. under my supervision. I have supervised 52 M.Tech dissertations work and 44 UG projects. I have completed two research projects of MHRD.I was instrumental in starting new B.Tech,M.Tech courses and formulating Ph.D Ordinances for starting research work in Rajasthan Technical University Kota and other affiliated Engg colleges as Vice Chancellor of the Univ.I have worked as HOD of Electronics and Comm. Engg., President Sports and Library,Hostel warden, Dean Student Affairs in the institute. I have worked as Chief Vigilance Officer of MNIT Jaipur from 2015 to 2022.I was/am part of various committees of my institute, various Univ.,state government and National(Chairman,NWRC AICTE Chandigarh)formed to address various academic, admn.,research and technical Education policies.
