Shri Krishna Mohan offers over thirty-seven years of experience in various facets of public administration as an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (Haryana Cadre - 1977 Batch). He held pivotal positions in diverse sectors and departments in the State of Haryana and the Union Territory of Chandigarh. Notable roles include Head of the Department, Managing Director, and Administrative Secretary from 1977 to 2013. His final posting was as Addl. Chief Secretary, overseeing Revenue & Disaster Management. He was subsequently re-employed as Advisor to the Chief Minister, a post he held until October 2014. Among his challenging assignments were Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration (2004 to 2008), and Deputy Commissioner-cum-Estate Officer, Chandigarh Administration (1986 to 1991). In these roles, he spearheaded pioneering development projects in Chandigarh over nearly nine years. Additionally, he held significant positions such as MD Hafed, Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Registrar Cooperative Societies, Director Agriculture, Health Secretary, Agriculture Secretary, Cooperation Secretary, Transport Secretary, and Forest Secretary in the Government of Haryana.
